SYNOPSIS:
"Maroon and Gold" is a surreal two-part tragicomedy that explores the function of identity, as it was understood by the 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, in a cyclical narrative set in a boarding preparatory school. The narrative universe created for "Maroon and Gold" handles concepts such as the function and origin of memory, the difference between "good and bad" and "Good and Evil," the identity of the übermensch, and the eternal recurrence of the familiar.
